  1. The holiday voucher is issued by NOWA ITAKA Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Opole.
  2. The holiday voucher becomes valid only if it is signed by two persons authorized by NOWA ITAKA Sp. z o.o. in Opole.
  3. The holiday voucher can only be used as payment (total or partial) for all trips organized by NOWA ITAKA Sp. z o.o.
  4. If you buy a trip with a total value that is lower than the value of the holiday voucher held, the difference is not reimbursed.
  5. If you buy a trip with a total value that is higher than the value of the holiday voucher held, you can pay extra in cash or by bank transfer.
  6. Total or partial exchange of the holiday voucher for cash is not possible.
  7. This holiday voucher does not constitute a security.
